Tasoo

Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tasoo, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

2. What is Tasoo

Tasoo is a personal tool to record and organize your finances in your country's currency, in dollars and in other currencies. It is not a bank or a wallet: it does not hold or move money, make payments or transfers, or connect to your bank accounts. The balances you see are the ones you record.

3. License

We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the app store. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it, except as permitted by law.

4. Not financial advice

The app's information, calculations, reports and tables are for reference only. Tasoo doesn't give financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Decisions about your money are yours; if you need to, consult a professional.

5. Exchange rates and fees

Exchange rates come from public third-party services (ve.dolarapi.com, datos.gov.co, estadisticas.bcrp.gob.pe, mindicador.cl, dolarapi.com, api.argentinadatos.com and api.frankfurter.dev) and may be delayed, contain errors or be unavailable. The bank fees included in the app are reference values based on the caps published by the Banco Central de Venezuela (in Colombia, no fee by default; in the United States, Peru, Spain, Chile and Argentina, the fees each bank publishes; anything a bank doesn't publish is marked "unconfirmed"); each bank may charge different amounts and fees change. The calculation of the 4×1000 (GMF), the ITF and the debits and credits tax is an estimate based on the current rules and UVT you set in the app. Always check with your bank before making a transaction. We're not responsible for differences between the amounts in the app and the actual ones.

6. Your account

To use Tasoo you need to sign in with your Google account (Apple coming soon). You're responsible for protecting access to that account. You can sign out or delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.

7. Your data

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Your data is stored encrypted in your account and syncs with your phones; we do our best to keep it always available, but the service depends on the internet and third-party providers (Cloudflare, Google).

8. Third-party brands

The names, logos and trademarks of banks, wallets, currencies and services (for example, streaming or phone platforms) belong to their respective owners. They're shown only so you can identify your accounts and payments. Tasoo isn't affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them or by the Banco Central de Venezuela.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and only for your personal finances. You may not use it for illegal activities or to try to harm the app, its server, or the services it connects to.

10. Availability and changes

The app is provided «as is» and «as available». We may update it, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We'll do our best to keep it working well, but we don't guarantee that it's error-free or that it will work without interruptions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of money or profits, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing here limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using the app, sign out, or delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete my account). If you break these terms, your license to use it ends automatically and we may close your account.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version with its date in the app and on the app's page; if you keep using it after a change, you're considered to accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without prejudice to the consumer protection and data protection rules of the country where you live.
